Besan ladoo
Ingredients :-
- Besan
- desi ghee
- Sugar boora
- elaichi powder
- dryfruits (as your Wish)
Method
2 cup besan add with 3 cup Aprox ghee in a pan and roast it until the is color dark golden, (basan and ghee mixture is look a like a very thick batter) after add elaichi powder and put other side until cool down. when its touchable then add boora as sweeten you want and mix it properly and make little ball shape ladoo.
