Tomato sweet chutni

Hello friends, how are you... Today I'm cooking a sweet chutni...yes cook a chutni...making with tomatoes...
This chutni is a best friend of stuffed paratha you can keep it appdox 1 week in refregarater...so let's start...
Take 12 medium size
red tomatoes wash them little cross cut on the top and boil them...
After cool down take of their skin and make a smooth paste, take a pan 1 tsp oil afet heat the oil 1tso greaded ginger, 1chopped chilli, 3-4 black paper, 1/2 TSP cumin seeds,1/2 tsp termeric powder fry them pour Tomato pure add 1 up suger or 1-1/2 cup jaggery, 2tsp black salt cook until the chutny is thick, add 1/2 tsp roast cumin seed powder, 1/2 tsp black paper powder add some raisins and it's ready... Serve with stuffed parathas or cool it and refrigerate it....

Whole wheat bread

Hey guys good evening , today m very upset why ? Because of my daughter she eats bread alot instead of the roti so I thought that if I made bread I home so may be she likes that si let's start,,,

2 cup whole wheat flour
2 TBS powder sugar
2 TSP eno
1/2 TSP baking powder and baking soda
2 TBS oil
1 cup curd
1-1/2 cup milk
2 TSP lemon juice

Lemon Juice mix into the milk and put a side, flour, suger,baking powder,baking soda,eno mix all ingredients pour oil into and mix it,then pour curd and mix well, after mix curdmilk slowly slowly and neat it , it's very sticky so neat lightly with the help of some flour,, put a side for 15min,
 After 15min neat again the dough take some oil and with the help of palm roll it and give a square shape and put into a bread tin bake it micro+convection mode 170 digree for 10min,, and it's done,,,,

Suji upma

Hello friends..how are you all...m doing bythe way... It's evening time and me and my family craving for some snacks and tea of course...so today m going to make suji upma....let's start......

2 cup suji
1tbs oil
1-3cloves
2-4 black paper
Some curry leaves
1badi ilaychi
1tsp cumin seeds
2tsp urad daal
1green chilly
Some veggies
Salt
Lemon 2tsp
Peanuts 2tbs
Corrie

First roast suji nicely... Chopped all veggies which would u want like green pea, capsicum, carrot, onion ....
In a hot pan take some oil put cloves 1-3, badi elaychi, black paper , cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, and some urad daal fry them after add all chopped veggies...add some salt and water and keep cover 5 min or until veggies are cooked...after add roast suji some salt and if needed some water and mix properly and some lemon juice and coriander leaves andb paper powder.. add some peanuts also ....

It's ready enjoy it...

aata sweet cookies

Hey welcome to my foodie blog ..

today m little worried of my 2 year daughter she is not eating her meal properly, i decided make some thing delicious and healthy snack so she may be love this and eat it ..so i think and think and think.......
ohh yaa i can make some whole wheat cookies they are healthy and home made so lets going for baking ......

in a bowl take 1 cup powder sugar with butter mix well with whisker 5-10 min and add 2 cup whole wheat aata and some elaychi powder and mix properly and refrigerate  it i the summer for 10 - 15 min after make sapes from the shaper or hand and bake them into microwave in cookies mode.
and here it is a tasty and healthy home made cookies are ready...my daughter is loving it..... 

chocolate cupcake

hey guys hru all .. today m craving for some sweet nuty chocolaty thing .. and also my little daughter so i am going to baking mode and bake some cupcakes its delicious and quicker recipe..

so here we begins.. take 2 cup maida in a bowl 2 tbs chocolate powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder  mix well.
take another bowl pour some butter in room temperature add 1 cup powder suger and beat from beater or whisker till batter is going fluffy Approx 5- 8 min.
add dry mixtur into wet mixture slowly 2 and mix well add some choco chips as per choice or andd some chopped nuts and mix and pour into the mould and bake it in microwave .

Aata mewa pinni



Aata mewa pinni

Ingredients:-

Wheat flour(2 cup)
Sugar bura(1cup)
Deshi ghee(1-1/2cup)
Dry fruits(coconut,kaju, badam,gond)
Elaichi powder

Method:-
                
                   Mix Wheat flour with ghee and roast the thick mixture until its turning brown color,keep it other side for cool down,other side grind all dryfriuts and roast little bit after little cool down mixture mix dryfruits and mix sugar bura and mix properly after make ladoo and enjoy....


गेहूं का आटा और देशी घी को एक पैन में डाल कर अच्छे से भून लेंगे, सभी मेवे पीस कर हल्का (२० सेकण्ड ) भून लेंगे , भूने हुए आटे को एक बर्तन में निकाल लेंगे उसमे मेवे इलायची पॉवडर और चीनी  का बूरा मिला देंगे , उसके बाद उसके लड्डू  बना लेंगे

Ingredients :- 

  1. Besan  
  2. desi ghee
  3. Sugar boora
  4. elaichi powder
  5. dryfruits (as your Wish) 
Method

               2 cup besan add with 3 cup Aprox ghee in a pan and roast it until the is  color dark golden, (basan and ghee mixture is look a like a very thick batter) after add elaichi powder and put other side until cool down. when its touchable then add boora as sweeten you want and mix it properly and make little ball shape ladoo.
